Last night was the turning on of the Christmas lights at Burlington Arcade,
I left the office and raced across town to meet my Mum amongst all the Christmassyness.
It is only November but London is starting to feel really festive, making the dark evenings bearable,
and so romantic.
Ive moved out of home recently, so don’t spend as much time with my mum, but we get on really well.
We wondered the shops, love it when shops are open late,
Burlington Arcade is one of Mayfair’s little gems…, its just a little arcade but has heaps of history.
Apparently there was a law against whistling in the arcade…
and they even still have shoe shiners each day.
Keeping a bit of old England alive.
